Recommended – Give one approximately 4 hours before event. Optional – Give one tube the night before and a second tube 4 hours before event.*
Highly Recommended: For the strongest program possible, use Breather Powder and C-Pollen Complex daily plus Breather Paste on event day.
*In a pinch, multiple doses may be given at the same time 4 hours before race or event.
